Erica is a dedicated professional with experience as an organizational and leadership development consultant, educator, author and certified executive coach in nonprofit and for profit organizations. Erica has vast experience facilitating intentional change that fosters cultures of learning, open communication, innovation, high performance and value. Her areas of expertise include leadership effectiveness, coaching, communication, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and team development. She is accomplished at understanding the diversified needs of individuals, teams and systems and is proficient at designing and delivering interventions that produce positive results.
Erica also holds a faculty appointment teaching graduate courses on leadership and communication at Marywood University in Scranton, PA. She enjoys partnering with clients to develop publications on healthcare leadership and was awarded an American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) award for an outstanding contribution to the healthcare management literature on cultural awareness. Most recently, she co-presented at the ACHE national congress meeting on strategies for developing a leadership pipeline in partnership with the chief operating officer and chief medical officer of a large healthcare network.
